Non-insurance patients fees for  services and goods are paid at the time of service. If you have health insurance coverage Fetcho Family Chiropractic will file your insurance for you. Insurance co-pays and deductibles are paid at the time of service.   Most insurance companies cover chiropractic exams, x-rays, and adjustments but coverage varies so you need to check your policy handbook.  We are providers of many insurance companies including: Medicare, Medicaid (Title XIX), Blue Cross/Blue Shield, John Deere, Healthsmart, Healthlink, Auxiant, and many more.  Call us to inquire about insurance, if needed, (641) 664-2423 .
